I mentioned in my blog First things first, your mindset how powerful writing is and how it can really affirm what you want in life. This is not a new concept; a lot of people have talked about it and developed various ways of journaling and creating vision boards.
Personally, writing my goals and desires is very important to me because it helps draw a path for what I want in life. At times, when I am feeling anxious, I immediately start writing to remind myself of my goals , but also what I am grateful for.
Different people have different ways of journaling. There are no cut rules; whether it is about gratitude, setting goals, things to do, or about your day, just do what feel good to you. What I would say though is, think big, make it specific, and keep it positive.
